Manage or cancel your plan
If you're on a paid Pro plan, you can manage or cancel it from your account anytime — and you keep access through the end of the term you've paid for.

Where to cancel
Open [/connector/account](/connector/account) → Subscription → Cancel. That opens the cancel confirmation.

What happens to your access
Your Pro access stays on until the end of the paid term — cancelling doesn't cut it off early.

What ending your plan removes
When your subscription ends — whether you cancel, or it expires — your saved reports, your saved profile, and the brand logo you uploaded are permanently deleted, and this cannot be undone. Any PDF you have already downloaded stays yours.
On a complimentary or beta Pro account, there's nothing to cancel — it simply lapses on its own. Cancelling is only for a paid subscription.
