Before anything else: nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

1. Pro subscriptions

Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.

Korean consumers. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw within 7 days (Article 17(1)). Where the service has begun with your consent, Article 17(2)5 limits withdrawal for the part already supplied — but not for the part not yet supplied, which remains refundable. Our free unlimited tier and the 14-day trial are provided as the Article 17(6) measure, so that this restriction never obstructs your right of withdrawal: you can evaluate the Service in full without paying anything.

EEA and EU consumers. You have a 14-day cooling-off period (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 9). UK consumers have the equivalent right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We do not rely on the digital-content exception to take that right away from you. We honour a 14-day pro-rata refund based on actual usage, and a full refund if you withdraw before substantive use.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — you keep access until then.

On a 6-month or annual plan, if you cancel after the withdrawal window, we refund the unused whole months remaining in your term, less any discount attributable to the commitment.

What cancelling destroys. When your subscription ends, your saved branded reports, your saved profile, and the brand logo you uploaded are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. PDFs you have already downloaded are yours to keep. Download anything you want before you cancel.

2. Enterprise and one-time professional services

Fees for one-time B2B professional services are non-refundable once the project has commenced, because delivery is bespoke and labour-intensive. This applies to business customers and does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

4. How to request a refund

1. Email navigate@apieceofmap.com with your subscription or invoice details and the reason.
2. We review within 1–2 business days.
3. On approval, Paddle executes the refund.
4. Your card network posts it within 3–5 business days.

Pro에는 14일 무료 체험이 포함되어 있습니다. 무료 체험이 종료될 때까지 요금이 청구되지 않으며, 종료 전에 해지하시면 어떠한 비용도 발생하지 않습니다.

한국 소비자. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 귀하는 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다(제17조 제1항). 귀하의 동의하에 서비스가 개시된 경우, 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 이미 공급된 부분에 대한 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 그러나 아직 공급되지 않은 부분에 대해서는 청약철회가 제한되지 않으며, 환불이 가능합니다. 당사의 무료 무제한 요금제 및 14일 무료 체험은 제17조 제6항의 조치로 제공되므로, 이러한 제한이 귀하의 청약철회권을 결코 방해하지 않습니다. 귀하는 비용을 지불하지 않고도 서비스를 온전히 평가해 볼 수 있습니다.

EEA 및 EU 소비자. 귀하에게는 14일의 숙려 기간(cooling-off period)이 부여됩니다(EU 소비자 권리 지침 제9조). 영국 소비자는 영국 소비자계약규정 (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)에 따라 동일한 권리를 가집니다. 당사는 귀하의 이러한 권리를 박탈하기 위해 디지털 콘텐츠 예외 조항에 의존하지 않습니다. 당사는 실제 사용량에 기반하여 14일 이내의 일할 계산된 환불을 보장하며, 실질적인 사용 전에 청약을 철회하는 경우 전액 환불을 보장합니다.

해지. 귀하는 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 귀하가 결제한 기간이 종료될 때 효력이 발생하며, 그때까지는 서비스에 계속 접근할 수 있습니다.

6개월 또는 연간 요금제의 경우, 청약철회 기간 이후에 해지하시면 남은 구독 기간 중 사용하지 않은 온전한 월(whole months)에 해당하는 금액에서 약정으로 인해 적용된 할인액을 차감한 후 환불해 드립니다.

해지 시 삭제되는 데이터. 구독이 종료되면 저장된 브랜드 리포트와 저장된 프로필, 그리고 업로드하신 브랜드 로고는 영구적으로 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다. 귀하가 이미 다운로드한 PDF는 귀하가 계속 소유합니다. 해지하기 전에 원하는 모든 자료를 다운로드하시기 바랍니다.

2. Enterprise 및 일회성 전문 서비스

일회성 B2B 전문 서비스 대금은 제공되는 서비스가 맞춤형이고 노동 집약적이므로 프로젝트가 개시된 이후에는 환불되지 않습니다. 이는 기업 고객에게 적용되며, 강행규정상의 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

3. 공식 판매자(Merchant of Record)

당사의 주문 절차는 온라인 리셀러인 Paddle.com을 통해 진행됩니다. Paddle.com은 당사의 모든 주문에 대한 공식 판매자(Merchant of Record)입니다.

4. 환불 요청 방법

1. 구독 또는 청구서 세부 정보와 환불 사유를 기재하여 navigate@apieceofmap.com으로 이메일을 보내주십시오.
2. 당사는 영업일 기준 1~2일 이내에 검토합니다.
3. 승인 시 Paddle이 환불을 실행합니다.
4. 귀하의 카드사 네트워크에서 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 환불을 처리합니다.
