Set up your company profile
Save your company profile once, and every report will start with it — so you don’t have to re-enter your details for each request.

Tell your assistant about your company
The easiest method is to provide your website URL and ask your assistant to set up your profile. It will read the page content, sort the information into the nine fields below, and save it. You can also simply describe your company in a sentence or two.
Here's my company website: https://your-company.com (and /about, /customers). Please set up my APiM Galaxy profile from these pages.Replace this with your own website. You can include multiple page URLs — providing more context will result in a more complete profile.

Every report now starts from your profile
Going forward, each report will automatically use your saved profile. For a one-time change, just specify the new details in your request — anything you provide in a prompt will override the saved default for that report.
The nine profile fields
Your assistant will populate the following nine fields. All fields are optional, and you can edit them at any time:
- My company
- The company reports are written for — your side of the deal.
- Objective
- What you are usually after — e.g. partnership, reseller, acquisition.
- Focus
- Your target segment or lens, if you have a consistent one.
- Differentiators
- What your company is uniquely strong at — grounds the pitch.
- Reference customers
- Named customers or case studies you can cite.
- Deal size
- Typical or target deal size.
- Deal timeline
- Timeline or urgency you usually work to.
- Deal constraints
- Budget, geography, compliance, exclusivity — anything that shapes a deal.
- Decision structure
- How buying decisions are made on your side — who signs.
It’s okay to have a partial profile. Consider saving the details that are consistent across your deals and leaving the others blank — the connector will use any saved information.
