Download & share your report

Every report you run gets its own private view you can download as a branded PDF or share by link.

    Open your report view

    When you generate a report, it opens at its own `?r=…` link — your private view, tied to your session, and where that report lives.

    Download the branded PDF

    On your report view, click PDF Download. It saves a branded PDF built with your brand kit — ready to take straight into a meeting.

    Share the link

    The `?r=…` link is the share link for that report. Send it to a colleague when you want them to see the same view.

A PDF you've already downloaded is yours to keep, even after your plan ends. The saved report and share link live with your account; the file on your computer is yours.
